Lovelies! While shopping a few weeks ago for what I’m now dubbing as operation surprise (if you’re following me on Instagram I’ve been posting some pretty awesome sneak peeks….) I found three of the prettiest candle holders I’ve probably ever laid eyes on. I know you’re probably wondering how candle holders have anything to do with a chandelier but just stay with me. What I saw when I flipped it upside down was a chandelier that needed to hang from good old fishing wire. It was a serious light bulb moment and now I’m sharing the diy details with you today.

Here’s what you’ll need:

Crystal votive holders (make sure there are plenty of hooks, you’ll want to make sure it can hang…)

Fishing wire

Scissors

Directions:

1.) Before purchasing I made sure that there was an easy way it would hang upside down. I simply slipped it through the loops where the crystals are and then through the middle piece where the votive would go and out to the other end.  This gave me a secure and evenly hung chandelier.

**things to keep in mind

1.) Make sure you double the amount of fish wire used to hang for a more secure hold.

2.) While I only used 3 you could certainly add an additional two to increase the glam. But I think this is one of those things where less can really be more
